New Year Benefit Reminders

Happy New Year! Your CMSU benefits are here to help you stay healthy all year long. Here are some quick reminders:

• Your 2026 benefits elections are active as of January 1, 2026.
• Aetna medical ID cards have been updated to show CVS Virtual Care for the telemedicine benefit. Aetna mailed them to your home in December.
• CMSU will deposit earned wellness incentive dollars by the end of January. You are eligible to receive this incentive if you were enrolled in a CDHP medical in 2025 when the activities were completed and in 2026 when wellness dollars are funded.
• Start 2026 strong with healthy contributions to your 401(k).  To receive the maximum employer matching contribution from CMSU, make sure you are contributing 8% of your earnings.
